Our fabulous Dual Powder can be used in many ways, hence the word DUAL. It can be worn alone for a light makeup application or "on top of your foundation" for complete coverage. Dual Powder can be used as a foundation when applied with a dampened sponge. We recommend this for oily-combination skins. Drier skins use it best dry.
